Who we are and why these terms apply
Spell Win is operated by Fortuna Games N.V., licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2024/112/0974. By creating an account, placing a bet or claiming a bonus with us, you agree to be bound by everything set out on this page.

Account closure, dormancy, liability and changes

We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these terms or regulatory reasons.
An account with no login activity for an extended period may be classed as dormant, and an administrative fee may apply in line with our policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for losses arising from use of the site is limited, and we are not responsible for interruptions, technical faults or events beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are notified on the site, and continued play after an update means you accept the revised version. Bonuses and wagering rules

Wagering requirements, maximum bets while a bonus is active, and expiry windows apply to every promotion, so review each offer before you opt in.
Game weighting differs by category. Slots and most games contribute 100%; table games, video poker, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, craps and crash games contribute 10%; some titles contribute at provider-specific rates. These weightings determine how quickly your play counts toward clearing a bonus, and any stake placed on an excluded title will not progress wagering at all.
Cashback is paid as real money with no wagering attached, so those funds are withdrawable immediately once credited. Bonus abuse — including exceeding max bets, hedging, or chasing bonuses across linked accounts — allows us to cancel the bonus and related winnings, and we reserve the right to void bonus funds credited in error.
Fair play and prohibited conduct
We expect honest play. You must not use bots, automated software, collusion, exploits or any method that gives an unfair advantage. Attempting to manipulate games, payments or promotions is a serious breach.
We may investigate suspicious activity, freeze affected balances during a review, and void bets where cheating or error is involved. Chargebacks made in bad faith will be treated as a breach and may result in account closure and debt recovery.
Deposits, withdrawals and identity checks
We transact in Australian dollars. The minimum deposit is AU$10, and funds must come from a payment method held in your own name. We accept cards, e-wallets, prepaid vouchers and cryptocurrencies among our supported payment options.
Before we release prize funds we must verify who you are. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process applies under clause 9.7.8 and may require proof of identity, address and ownership of your payment method. Eligibility and account registration
